✅ Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the purchase or delivery date.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or damaged upon delivery:

Custom-made or special order items

Sale, discounted, or clearance items

Wall art, mirrors, or fragile decor once unboxed

Used, altered, or damaged items after delivery

Mattresses, cushions, and rugs once opened

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide photos of the damage and packaging.

  3. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund based on the situation.

💰 Refunds

  • For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.

  • For in-store returns, please bring the item with packaging and invoice.
